RUSMED CONSULTANTS, LLC. strives to provide services and supports on an individual basis for all potential and previous consumers that solicitate for services which the agency is enrolled/endorsed and/or nationally accredited to effectively offer treatment, and which present medical necessity.  Our commitment is consistent with North Carolina’s best practice effort to decentralizing and reform public health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services system.  All consumers whom meet the aforementioned criteria will be admitted and/or readmitted for services. 

 

RUSMED CONSULTANTS, LLC. does ensure that all consumers are informed of current services, wrap around services (if applicable), and given a choice of providers with available resources. This agency allows admission/readmission to be completed by referral, voluntary application, and/or choice. 

 

RUSMED CONSULTANTS, LLC. provide activities for clients, it will assure that space and supervision is provided to ensure the safety and welfare of the clients; activities will be suitable for the ages, interests and treatment/habilitation needs for the client served; and clients participate in planning or determining of activities. Services will be available 24 hours a day, every day in the year.
 
The admission/readmission and the availability of client services are provided without regard to race, color, religious beliefs, national origin or disability. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Civil Rights Act of 1991 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991 govern these rights.
